The Party recognizes gender balance of no less than a third in either gender male  and female as per the constitution of 2010.. Women will be appointed if not elected  to make sure there is equality of gender in the governing body and any other Party  organ. Where possible the party will have a 50-50 gender rule in its leadership.  Zebra method. One man one woman method.
